I didn't see this addressed, but I think there's a typo in the Draft 4 spreadsheet. T2 light drones are listed as having max runs of 1 instead of 10.

I wouldn't mind getting a random T2 BPC drop from R&D agents on rare occasions. Maybe a 1-run ship BPC or 10-run module BPC with ME 0/PE 0. Very infrequent and just an "oh, I've made a discovery" sort of thing.
